Matta-Clark stopped washing his hair, as the dreadlocks formed he attached numbered tags to them, finally tying them to a squared-away net. He translated the unruliness of his hair to the orderly grid.
That thing where you are suddenly consumed by doubt because your vocabulary isn’t that vast and you can’t put into words what you mean but you know your exhibition proposal is stellar and coca-cola will keep you revising it all night until you start seeing two computer screens.
